We are dedicatedly involved in manufacturing a wide array of Scaffolding Wall Form Panel. Details: Manufactured out of 10 gauge M.S. sheets with slotted 45 x 45 x 5 mm angles, M.S. Flat Frame and stiffener, channel of heavy duty soldiers. Soldiers supplied in 2.5 M and panel in 1.25 M heights for high pour concreting special soldiers in 3.5 & 5 M also supplied. Wallform Climbing Type Shuttering Specifications: Wallform system consists of standard panels manufactured out of 2.5mm (12G) sheets with slotted 45 x 45 x 5mm angles frame and stiffer, channel or heavy duty soldiers and tubes/ channel walers. All these components are connected together by four types of clips of specific design. Soldiers supplied in 2.5 M and panels in 1.25M heights for high pour concreting, special soldiers in 3.5M height are also supplied. Wallform setup shows assembly ready for 2nd pour with soldiers remaining in the same Position and wall ties embedded in the first pour. For successive pours, complete assembly of panels, soldiers and walking is lifted in convenient lengths by crane or other lifting tackle, the tie bolts having been previously removed, it is re-positioned with 125 mm lap over previous pour and soldiers re-bolted to ties cast in previous pour which withstand self weight of shutter and concrete pressure. Internal corner panels used for inner face to give 90 degree angle and splay panels for 120 degree angle in wall. Specifications: Single clip Double clip used for Channel water.
